Before you list the phone

Back up your data and follow the maker's steps to remove account locks.
Check the model, storage, carrier status and battery health.
Test the cameras, speakers, buttons, charging port and wireless connections.
List the case, cable, box or other accessories that are included.

Describe condition plainly

Record scratches, dents, replaced parts, battery concerns and anything that does not work as expected. Take clear photos in good light rather than relying on phrases such as “good condition.”

At handover

Let the buyer inspect the phone. Confirm the final price and included items, then ask the buyer to review the same description and photos before accepting the record.
